Champion Chart Supply (Seller) warrants that all merchandise sold conforms with all current specifications and performance claims, drawings and approved samples where furnished and accepted. Seller also warrants that all merchandise is free of defects in material and workmanship. This warrantee is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Warrantee terms and conditions may be subject to change. Seller makes no warrantee that any merchandise sold is fit or suitable for any particular purpose nor warranties the marketability or quality of items sold except as stated herein. All claims for alleged defects in any items under this warrantee shall be considered void and waved unless submitted to our office in writing after receipt of merchandise by the Buyer. This warrantee shall not apply where the goods have been subject to misuse or improper installation, neglect, accidents, altered, repaired by Buyer or others not authorized to do so. No returns will be accepted unless authorized by Seller. Sellers liability, shall in no event, include Buyer’s manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other consequential damages.

Product Warranty

Champion Chart Supply assures that all the products listed sold by it shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and shall not become defective or unusable during the specific time periods below.

Return Policy

We will accept return of any non-custom merchandise, provided you notify us within 30 days of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge with the exception of Chart Racks and Wall Desks, which are subject to a 40% restocking charge. Return goods must be in resalable condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and clearly marked with a return authorization number issued by Champion Chart Supply. The return authorization will be null and void after thirty (30) days from issue. Goods will not be accepted after this period.
